Monday, 4 August 2008
Last night Paula and Casey had us to their house for dinner. We had a nice dinner, good conversation, etc. We did not get home until 9 then had to feed the dogs, play some ball, and walk them before getting off to bed.
I spent today working on several projects to get them out of the way before I go on vacation. When I pulled into the parking deck this morning I just happen to look at my car inspection sticker and realized it had expired last month. I called Tim to make an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Tomorrow night I need to pack and get things ready to go.
The weather here is to be high of 97 tomorrow then back down into the high 80's. Chicago's high for Thursday when we arrive there is 85 and a high of 79 on Friday with little of no chance of rain. Good time to be getting out of the hot, sultry south.[Top]
