I am reading Peete and Repeat on my Kindle, the third book book in the Frannie shoemaker Campground Mystery series, by Karen Musser Nortman.

Speaking of reading. As is usually the case when I reserve forthcoming books on the library web site they all come in at the same time. On the way home tonight I picked up three more reserves. Fortunately, all three are mine with only one of them that both of us reads, because Bob has a stack going already. Recently a new Jimmie John’s sandwich shop opened in a refurbished bank building in the parking lot area of the Lowe’s Foods in the shopping center across from the library. Since we only needed milk and an a couple of other items I stopped in the Lowe’s there and then swung by the Jimmy John’s and picked up subs for out dinner. Bob has worked long hours this week and I was tired from a hectic week and did not feel like cooking. Since it’s the hottest day of August so far cold subs sounded like  a good plan all the way around.
