I am reading on my Kindle, Willowtree by Mike Bove, a golf mystery featuring Bruce DelReno. Willowtree is a fictional town in Arizona the state where Bove retired to and plays golf.

This area of the country dodged a major weather event that could have been an ice or snow storm of major proportions. Instead, we had a cold rain all day as the temperature dropped but not below freezing. I went to the Y after work since the forecast is for us to perhaps get something later on tonight into tomorrow morning. Since they had no idea when the things would change over from rain to snow/sleet/freezing rain I drove the Trooper just in case.
