Not really much to talk about other than busy at work, Y last night, and lunch uptown today with a friend from work. Not as warm today with some off and on clouds. The rain, along with cooler temperatures, is supposed to come in tomorrow through Friday.
Tomorrow will be the nine week mark on my knee replacement surgery. I am very pleased at where I am considering I lost about a week of rehab right after I went back to work from all the bad weather keeping me from getting to the Y. There is still a bit of swelling and stiffness but I can do the stairs at work going from the sidewalk up to the side entrance of my building both up and down. My next goal will be the double set of stairs from the sidewalk up to the 4th level where I park in the deck.
