Sunday

House cleaning chores this morning. I stopped by Frances’ house on the way to the folks to drop off a couple of things for her. Mom, dad, and I went to lunch then I took them to the garden shop where they like to buy their plants. They have very nice bedding plants. I picked up  a few for me that I did not find yesterday and bought mom’s for her early Mother’s Day gift. I will have to go over next weekend sometime and plant those plus to do a few odds and ends things that need to be done.

It’s partly sunny today and cool temperature wise but it’s humid and warm in the sun. I need to put those plants in the ground sometime this afternoon.

    Hi Barbara,
I just checked in to see if you and your husband have gone to observe the “Super” moon. I know you two are interested in astronomy and as soon as I saw the story on the news, I “just had to know.”

(My husband and I are returning from a trip, so I don’t have your address accessible. I hope it’s OK that I left this comment.)

No, we did not go out. Bob had been so busy with his book writing and deadlines the astronomy stuff has taken a back seat. The only observing we do is what we see in the neighborhood walking Colin after dark. Thanks for asking. Always glad to hear from you.
