Dad is still in the hospital as of this evening. I worked a full day yesterday then picked up mom. We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse before going over to the hospital. Dad was doing okay in that the legs look better. Unless the discharge him this evening, which I doubt, perhaps it will be tomorrow. After we finished visiting I took mom to Frances’ house. It was her late night to work.
I worked until 3pm today then picked up mom to take her to the beauty shop. I headed for home making a quick grocery store stop. I mowed the lawn mulching instead of using the bag. It was fairly high from all the rain. The front is thicker than the back.
It actually made it into the low 80’s today, the first time in a week. I am looking forward to the long weekend. Projects and chores abound but there is always time to relax and read.
