[Last Week] [Monday] [Tuesday] [Wednesday] [Thursday] [Friday] [Saturday] [Sunday] [Next Week]

The tree is fully decorated. I still have the village to finish setting up and arranging the other decorations I set out on the tables. Just not enough time in the day/weekend to get all this stuff finished. By dinner time I was just too tired to get anything else done. We started watching the third season of The Irish RM. For reason we have not seen these but I can't remember why. They were aired in 1985.

Tonight I had another chiropractor treatment after work. The next two days are jam packed so I doubt you will see me again before Thursday. Tomorrow I have lunch with my friend Bonnie then dinner with my friends Nancy and Betsy. Wednesday I have a haircut followed by dinner with Jackie and then some errands. With my nights tied up this week it only leaves early Wednesday morning to work in another chiropractor appointment at 8:15. I will have to make up my time during lunch on Wednesday. Thursday evening is free but he is not open late on Thursday's.

I finally finished the Peter Tremayne last night. Today at lunch I started the newest Peter Robinson, Piece of My Heart. When I first started reading mysterys I was not really into police procedural. But after reading Dorothy Simpson's series I decided I like some of the British police procedurals like hers and Peter Robinson's. His Inspector Banks series is excellent. In this newest one he is tying in a current murder with one that happened at a rock concert in 1969.

The weather has finally turned at least more like winter with temperatures today only making it into the 40's and tonight going down into the high 30's. Today was windy and cold and guess what...we had a fire drill at work! Fortunately I had worn my jacket with the hood to work today. It was warm in the sun but in the shade with the wind blowing it was a little nippy.

[Last Week] [Monday] [Tuesday] [Wednesday] [Thursday] [Friday] [Saturday] [Sunday] [Next Week]

Well, it has certainly been a very busy week. Dinner with Nancy and Betsy on Tuesday and Jackie last night was great. It got home so late on Tuesday night I skipped the errands after dinner and came on home. Stephanie I walked about 8:15 taking the dogs along for their last time.

Today the head honcho of our off site storage facility took us to lunch at Lucky 32. It has been a full week of dinning out for sure. The weather has turned brutal. Right now the temperature is 32 degrees but it feels like 19 with the wind. Tomorrow night is to be the coldest yet with lows in the teens.

This will be my last post until at least Sunday. Tomorrow night...yet, dinning out again. Dad has their golf membership Christmas party. I can attend since I play at the course with dad and George, the owner always invites me. Afterward I will drop mom and dad off at home then go over to Frances and Al's to spend the night. We leave really early Saturday morning for Level Cross for our trip down to Myrtle Beach for not one but two Christmas shows, one Saturday afternoon and one at that night. Sunday we do some outlet mall shopping before heading back to Level Cross. We are all going including Al since he will be driving the motor coach. It will somewhat warmer down there then it is to be here over the weekend.

I will have a full report on Monday and maybe some pictures. I am still reading the Peter Robinson. Guess I better run. Stephanie and I going to walk then I need to come back and pack for the trip.

Have a great weekend and see you next week.
