I am reading Silent Night by Donna Ball. This is the fourth title in her Raine Stockton Dog mystery series set in Hanover County in North Carolina. I am not sure how I stumbled on the fact that she has three more books out in the series that I had not read. After she published the last one in 1997 she published some other works including her Ladybug Farm series which I have read. She has a new one in that series coming out as well. Anyway I am delighted to once again be reading about Raine’s dog training facility, her search and rescue efforts with her dog Cisco, and her part time job with the Forest Service.
