I went by the hospital last night to see mom on the way home from work. The nurses told me she might go home today which I thought was a little soon after being in the hospital only a full day. This morning the doctor called. They wanted mom’s chest doctor to read the CT from yesterday and that she would not be going home much before Monday. They were not in a big hurry to push her out instead wanting to make sure they find what or where the infection is and get things cleared up before sending her packing.<\/p>\n
I stopped by again tonight on the way home. She is doing a little better both mentally and physically. She is eating well and drinking pretty good but is still pretty weak and frail.<\/p>\n
Between the weather and mom I have missed two weeks at the Y. Oh well, perhaps next week I can get back on track.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
