With the low temperatures last night I drove the Trooper again today since I was not sure how the roads would be. As it turned out they were bad in spots and good in others. I was one of only handful of staff to arrive at work on time. Folks starting coming in anywhere from 9:30 to 10am. I was supposed to take mom for a follow up doctor appointment with her lung doctor this morning but instead called and rescheduled. Not only because the roads were\u00a0 still bad mid-morning but it was only 20 degrees with a brisk wind.<\/p>\n
As a matter of fact it stayed so cold all day that cars parked in the deck still had snow and icicles hanging on them when I got to my car this evening. Between the wind and sunshine the roads dried during the day. I went on to the Y after work. There is nothing so refreshing as putting on a t-shirt that has been sitting in a 25 degree temperature car all day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
