Today is five weeks since my knee surgery. This is the slow part of the healing process. It takes a while for that last bit of swelling to go down and being able to bend it all the way. Tonight I finally made it to the Y to start some serious rehab. I used the upright bike first setting the seat a couple of notches higher than normal then moved to the recumbent bike doing the same. I did short five minute workouts doing arm work or walking in between.<\/p>\n
This morning was a challenge getting the HHR up the driveway past the area that always remains frozen because it does not get any sunshine.
