Tonight I went to Planet Fitness. Since it was my first time on their machines I did ten minutes on the different cardio machines similar to the ones at the Y then tried out several of the weight machines. They have some other circuit training areas I want to try later.<\/p>\n
As I was heading from work toward the gym it was looking really nasty to the north. About the time I was changed and getting started on my first machine the storm got to us with rain blowing in sheets across the parking lot. By the time I left an hour later it was at least just a hard down pour but the parking lot was a swimming pool. The other advantage to the new gym is it is closer since it’s on the way home and three minutes from the house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
