Day 19. House cleaning chores this morning. I am getting around pretty good on the knee. The residual swelling is still preventing total range of motion. The doctor told me when I came for my follow-up visit there would still be some swelling. I am continuing to keep it iced during the day but not at night when I sleep.<\/p>\n
It is a very nice day. Sunny and cool with a light winds. I’ve had Colin out for several walks to get us both some exercise. I did my knee exercises and worked out with the hand weights. My cardio and stamina are still way off. I don’t look for much in the way of improvement with that until I can back to the Y.<\/p>\n
