This morning Bob drove the Trooper over to B & T Tire to have the “check engine” light situation looked at. I walked Colin then headed over to pick him up. After I dropped him off at home I took off for Winston arriving about 9:15. I pulled the yard cart to the curb to be emptied before loading up the car with more stuff then took off to run errands. I finished about 11:30 in time to get to Village Tavern to meet my friend Jean for lunch.<\/p>\n
While I was in the restaurant Bob called to see if I had gone back to the house yet to ask me to grab something he needed. After lunch I headed back to the house then back up the mountain. We’ve unloaded the stuff I brought up, some of which was going up in the attic. With the Trooper “not at home” it was good time to move it straight from the car to the attic.<\/p>\n
Sunny but still cold but not as windy. Last night the winds were gusting to at least 30 and perhaps 40mph. It warmed up to a balmy 38 degrees while I was down in Winston.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
