Things are pretty much back to normal routine both at work and at home. Tonight I went to the Y for the first time since my\u00a0surgery. I rode both the\u00a0recumbent\u00a0and upright bikes and did some labs around the walking track. In between I did some upper body weight work on the machines. I am going to try doing my own rehab but if I feel like I am not making enough progress I will talk to the folks at the rehab center located in the Y.<\/p>\n
Bob is on tight deadline to get the biology book finished. I will try to take most of the Colin duties on the weekends. I am not comfortable walking him in the dark for another couple of weeks even using the cane so\u00a0Bob will have to continue doing nights for awhile.<\/p>\n
