I’m back after a quick trip down to Winston. I went to the gym then came home and showered and headed down the mountain about 10:15. I ran my errands at Lowe’s and Home Depot then went to Frances and Al’s to drop off some stuff for them. I left there house around 1pm to meet Bonnie for a late lunch at Mellow Mushroom downtown. We down to Mast General store to see what they had before we split up to head home.<\/p>\n
Just as I exited hwy 421 onto the 21 bypass around Elkin I hit a frog choker of a rain storm for several miles. From there home it was off and on showers. The temperature in Winston was in the low 90’s. By the time I made it up the mountain and home are at a pleasant 77 degrees and partly cloudy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
