Frances and Al left after lunch to head back to Winston. They&#8217;ve been here since late Saturday afternoon. We grilled out chicken and hamburger steaks Saturday night. Yesterday while I was down visiting Bob, Frances and Al fixed a big pot of homemade vegetable soup for\u00a0 dinner last night. We watched silly Christmas movies until time for\u00a0 bed.<\/p>\n<p>Last night was had another round of howling 45 mph winds. We opened presents this morning. They fixed nachos and other finger foods for\u00a0 lunch then packed up for home.<\/p>\n<p>Colin will miss having them around. Although Bob hates Christmas we missed having him here. I&#8217;ll spend the afternoon getting my gifts organized, the trash ready for pickup tomorrow, and fix leftover homemade soup for dinner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Merry Christmas.
