I had a nice evening out last night with one of the ladies who volunteers at the bookstore and a friend of hers. We drove down to Elkin for dinner at Southern On Main restaurant then walked a block up to the Reeves Theater for a a music performance by the Jeff Little Trio.<\/p>\n
The Reeves is another one of those old 60’s style movie theaters that closed in the mid 90’s and sat empty for years until someone bought and remodeled it into a lovely music and special events venue.<\/p>\n
Still windy today, mid 30’s, and sunny. Gusts still in the 20 to 30 mph range but will hopefully start calming down more this afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
