Another nice day with cool temperatures this morning but warming up to the low 80’s again this afternoon. We’ve had partly to mostly sunny skies the majority of the day; not much of a breeze, and low humidity.<\/p>\n
Off to the gym this morning before heading back to work another midday shift.<\/p>\n
I thawed out chicken, a hamburger steak, and a package of Italian sausage to throw on the grill this evening. The chicken will be frozen for future stir fry meals, I will eat the hamburger streak tonight and have the grilled sausages to eat over the weekend with something.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
