Another warm day with temperatures making it to 60 degrees this afternoon.<\/p>\n
Frances and Al left for home around 11. I’v missed Bob a lot during the holidays so having them here makes it extra special. We had a lot of fun. Colin certainly enjoyed all the attention. I had a week off of the morning routine feeding and taking Colin out.<\/p>\n
It is now time to start the first of the year deep clean.<\/p>\n
I started in the kitchen this afternoon. I took everything off the island where the cook top is. I took the cook top apart and cleaned it along with that counter. Next, I took all the stuff off the counters and cleaned and reorganized them. I never use the toaster that was parked in the back corner. I will store it downstairs on the shelves. I made room for Al’s coffee pot to get it off the top of the fridge and moved my waffle iron back to the corner.<\/p>\n
I still need to wipe down the cabinet fronts.\u00a0I can do that this afternoon while a do a load of laundry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
