Another sunny day with temperatures making it into the upper 50’s but 15 to 20 mph winds again. It was too cold with the wind chill this morning so I waited until after lunch to walk then came back and did my weight work.<\/p>\n
I soaked two cups of pinto’s over night to cook for dinner tonight. Two cups, of course, is too much for even one or two meals. But, if I’m going to the trouble to cook them I may as well do a big batch. The freeze well and I use them for a variety of meals choices.
