Too nasty to be outside again today. I grabbed my weights and went downstairs. By opening the door from the finished to unfinished area I had a pretty good walking path. I alternated walking and weight lifting and walking with the weights to get my heart rate up.<\/p>\n
While I was downstairs I grabbed a packet of the nonfat dry milk from the LDS storage box. Bob never used it but now is as good a time as any to see how it is. I mixed it up and stuck it in the fridge to try tomorrow on my cereal.<\/p>\n
