Mornings are rough as the back is still doing spasms and hurting. Once I got all the meds taken and can get dressed I feed Colin and get him out then I iced the back for ten minutes. Now I can eat my breakfast.<\/p>\n
I really needed to make a grocery store run to pick up milk, juice, etc. I found everything I was looking for. Shelves are looking better but there are still some bare shelves of stuff that I did not need. I stocked up on more pasta and noodles and Alfredo sauce. I have plenty of spaghetti and marina sauce from my Coscto stash.<\/p>\n
There were not many folks in the store but I wore my mask.<\/p>\n
