It was wonderful to see the sun shine after four days of rain. Upper sixties today but we have a chance of afternoon thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>I had a 10:30 appointment with Dr. Rob, my chiropractor then back home. Ice on 10 mins, off 50 this afternoon. I am doing the laundry today. Hopefully Frances and Al will be coming up tomorrow to bring me a few items I need from Winston.
