And, the second day frost. We left at 8:15 for Al to take me down to Winston for a follow up doctor appointment. He also has 100 year old lady he helps take to doctor and other appointments.\u00a0 Just so happens she had an appointment ten minutes after mine.<\/p>\n<p>I had to ride laying down in the back seat because of my knee. We picked up her then Al dropped me off for my appointment then too her on to her doctor. They finished up then\u00a0 came back to pick me up.
