Today I drove myself to Winston for the first time in about 8 months. I met Al at Bed Bath and Beyond to help me pick up something I was not sure I could handle by myself, stopped at Wal-Mart on the grocery side to pick a couple of things, then went on to my haircut.<\/p>\n
Even though back is still not good it was great to get out and do stuff on my own. I need to try to get some semblance of normality back.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
