With the back issues as they are I now need to focus on what I can do rather than what I can’t. So, this morning I tackled a few gardening chores. I hoed out some of the weeds in the beds along the driveway and sort of prepared that area for the mulch. More on that later.<\/p>\n
Last year Donna gave me some really nice low growing ground cover. It is taking off well in the spots I planted it late last fall. I divided a few clumps and planted them in this end of the driveway bed to hopefully shorten up the area needing mulching. Don’t know if it will go all the way up the driveway or not. The other side I have started some lambs ear.<\/p>\n
Heidi’s son is supposed to make time to spread the mulch I had delivered this afternoon. He is very busy. So we will. I may have to explore other options.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
