Sunny and 68 degrees when I left for Winston early this morning for my 10:00 am eye doctor appointment. Routine checkup and all looked well.<\/p>\n
I was hot down the mountain. After my appointment I met Nancy and Betsy for lunch at Carriage House. Temperatures were in the upper 90’s and I am sure in some places it was well over 100. It is very dry down there as well.<\/p>\n
Back up here temperatures are in the mid to upper 80’s with less than %50 humidity and a slight breeze. We are moderately dry up here but most of the state is in need of rain.\u00a0 I watered everything real good Sunday so will water again tomorrow unless we get some rain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
