Well, I’ve been offline for a few days.<\/p>\n
Monday morning I went to the gym per usual, came home, showered, and was driving over to a friends house. About halfway there I started feeling terrible but was able to get to her house which was not far away.<\/p>\n
She rushed me to our local ED which by the time we got there I was having a full blown heart attack. After getting me stable AirCare cam and flew me to Atrium Health in Winston. They put in a stint that afternoon. Echo shows some damage that may or may not be repairable but will not know for 30 to 40 days. Needless to say I was in total shock, never dreaming it could happen to me.<\/p>\n
Got home late this afternoon.\u00a0So, lots of meds, rehab, and recovery over the next months but thankful to be here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
