Over the weekend I started a new series by a new author on my Kindle. Jenn McKinlay has several series. I am reading Books Can Be Deceiving, the first book in her Library Lover’s Mystery series. The main character is, of course, a librarian and a good part of the action takes place in the little public library run by Lindsey Norris in Briar Creek Connecticut. Once I started reading the book I knew she had to have been a librarian in real life when she talks about some of the things that happen in the library. Been there and done that.
