It was 24 degrees, mostly sunny, and windy this morning. I did a load of clothes and tidied up the kitchen while waiting on Frances and Al to arrive around lunch time.
After lunch Al used a rubber silicon caulk to seal the crack between the wall and the floor on one side of the unfinished area of the basement. I am hoping this will stop the water that comes in when we have a lot of heavy rain.
It made it almost to 40 degrees with some cloudy skies but at least the winds have died down.
