Mother nature flipped the switch last night. We went from 60’s yesterday afternoon to a low of 28 this morning with a wind chill of 19 degrees. The winds finally calmed down this afternoon and it warmed up into the low 40’s. Back down into the upper 20’s tonight.
I worked the bookstore again today. Joyce was covering for Pat and our Friday volunteer is out of town. And, I needed to cover this afternoon for Joyce to attend a lunch meeting.
We were moderately busy customers and had a good sales day of over $100.00 which consisted of several big sales instead of a steady stream of lots of small ones.
