I am reading a new Laurie R. King mystery, Garment of Shadows. This one more or less picks up from her last book Pirate King. The book starts up with Mary Russel waking up with a concussion, does not know who she is, where she is, or why she is there. In the meantime she was supposed to have met Sherlock Holmes in an appointed place but obviously does not appear he goes in search of her.
We had a little shower sometime during the night. It was at least enough to water the grass and flowers.
