Whew, the end of a very long busy week. Yesterday afternoon I picked up the folks from the hospital where they had attended a luncheon. Frances had morning duty taking them to the dentist. Not sure if her or Al took them to the hospital for their lunch and visit until I picked them up at 3:15.
Several weeks ago I had scheduled a 4pm meeting with Mark for yesterday afternoon. He’s the guy who helps veterans get their benefits for living at places like Creekside. He also helped up set up their trust fund, POA and Health Care POA’s for us and Frances. We had a few questions regarding the trust and wanted to see how dad’s application was going. So, that all worked out perfectly. I finished up there then came on home to fix dinner.
I ran a couple of errands on the way home before stopping at the grocery store to pick up a couple of items.
