The big snow storm fizzled out except in the mountains where they had over a foot of snow. It did not turn cold enough to snow until around 8pm when we had thunder, lightening, snow, rain, and some sleet all going on at the same time. By the time we walked Colin at 9 it was all snow. We had perhaps an inch by the time it all stopped around 10. The neighborhood roads were covered with a thin coating of ice and snow. The main roads were wet with a few patches of melted snow or some ice. I drove the Trooper but did not even need 4 wheel drive to get out to the main road.
I worked through lunch again today but only because I needed to leave 4 to run an errand before the place closed at 5. Then on to the library and grocery store.
At least it is a three day weekend. I can use one.
