I am reading Murder At the Bellamy Mansion by Ellen Elizabeth Hunter in her Magnolia Mystery series.
The rain started sometime early in the morning. It was pouring when I left for work. Between my raincoat and umbrella I managed to stay reasonably dry. We had about an inch and a half. Some of the streets were flooded on the drive in. Most of the rain was out of here by this afternoon but the cool temperatures and clouds stayed. I’m glad I strawed the seed and fertilizer to help keep it from washing. I only did the front which is not as prone to washing since it’s mostly flat.
