I had my root canal appointment this morning at 10:30. I went on to to work regular time then left at at 9:45. I was back at work at 11:45. This was my first root canal. It’s no worse than getting a new crown or a filling. To me being numb is far worse than the procedure itself. I took one of the pain meds the dentist gave me last week for the flare up before the numbing work off and was fine all afternoon.
