I am reading Designated Daughters by Margaret Maron a new book in her Deborah Knott mystery series.
This morning I had back to back dentist appointments. My six month cleaning was already scheduled for this 8:45 this morning. After the oral surgeon finished up his part of the root canal I call to make an appointment to have the crown repaired. I asked if they had a time close to my cleaning appointment even if I had to wait half an hour or so between appointments more rather than having to make yet another trip back. Luckily they had a 9:40 time available.
The weather liars did it again. I washed my car Saturday because this week’s forecast was for no rain. It started drizzling on the way to the dentist this morning and rain pretty steady the whole time I was in there tapering off just as I left. Then it sprinkled again on the way to the Y this evening. Just in case you were wondering how I know it was raining, all the dentist rooms have windows.
