I am reading The Alpine Zen, Mary Daheim’s Emma Lord mystery series set in Alpine Washington. She also writes a bed and breakfast series that I never took a liking to. It is my understanding this book wraps up this series.
We had a light rain shower last night. Today has been off and on rain from sprinkles to heavy downpours. After I finished the morning house cleaning chores Bob and I drove over to Costco. He also needed something from Lowe’s, which is right next door, we stopped there afterward. I picked up another hose reel after verifying this one was not broken.
This afternoon I ironed and did the weekly book keeping chores.
