I started another new author on my Kindle, Issy Brooke, who writes a cozy series Some Very English Murders. Book one is titled Small Town Shock in which we are introduced to Penny May in the small town of Lincolnshire, England. Not only has she left her high paying job in London to seek quiet and get back to being an artist, she also rescues a Rottweiler mix who is more than a handful and of course, discovers a dead body while out on a walk.
Cool and mostly cloudy all day. I don’t think it made it out of the 70’s. When I left the Y there was some dark clouds west of us that might bring some rain later this evening if it makes it this far without breaking up.
