The golf tournament yesterday was a lot of fun. I spent the morning helping get set up before the morning group of players showed up. Once they were out on the course we kept the iced drink coolers and snack baskets filled and prepared for the afternoon group to show up. I spent the afternoon out on the course at one of the holes doing a dice game as part of the tournament. Once the last group came through I headed to the club house. It was 6pm and there were still two groups on the course and most of the cleanup was done earlier so I headed on home.
House cleaning this morning. Kit stuff the rest of the day.
We had some thunder and storms late yesterday afternoon but they pretty much missed the golf course area. Thursday afternoon we just barely missed a really bad storm here that went on down the mountain and nailed the Elkin area, about half an hour from us.
