It was 2 degrees this morning. The winds howled all night long. This morning, parts of the lawn have grass showing where 9 inches of snow had blown away. We had deep drifts on the porch and the driveway is cleared except for the 10 foot drift in front of the garage door. The winds are still very strong this morning. Wind chill is at least 20 below or more and snow is blowing all over the place.
I dressed again as “Nanook of the North” and took Colin out for his morning constitutional and to fill the bird feeder. Colin is not liking the deep drifts and is acting like is afraid of the snow even though he was out playing in it fine yesterday.
