Gym this morning, back home, shower, and back to the gym to work 10:30 to 3:30. Friday’s are usually pretty quiet at the gym by the afternoon, as was the case for today.
It’s been partly cloudy and dry today with temperatures in the mid 80’s and low humidity. Nice, mountain summer weather.
