Gym this morning. Came home and headed outside to water all the plants. We’ve had enough rain to keep the garden damp but the potted plants and the newly planted ones in the butterfly garden needed to watered.
I checked the garden and did some weeding of grass and picked a nice size zucchini. The beans have lots of blooms. I may get a carrot or two.
It was another very warm day for the mountains; mid to upper 80’s and 60 percent humidity with mostly sunny skies. I came in around 11 to cool off, eat lunch, shower, and head to the bookstore for the afternoon shift.
