Clouds and sun again today with temps in the upper 70’s and a slight breeze.
Hung around the house this morning doing odds and ends, changing the sheets, etc.
I had a 2:15 follow up appointment with my family doctor. Things are pretty much status quo with the back and the pain. He checked heart, lungs, etc to make sure all is well as it can be considering.
