We had three separate storms yesterday. The first two, one early afternoon and one late afternoon, were mostly rain with a few rumbles and about 7 tenths of an inch. Last night around 8 we had a severe storm come through dumping another two inches of rain onto what fell Sunday.
Today the temperatures are in the upper 70’s with mostly sunny skies and a breeze.
I had to stick around the house today to wait on my regular plumber, Mark, to come. He was scheduled to change the water filter and I needed him to look at the fittings. Two were leaking where we left the access hole in the wall. The other was the one running to the water heater. He spent about two and half hours replacing all the visible fittings he could see that were corroded.
He needs to order the replacement parts for the on-demand water pump but that is not an emergency fix.
