A mostly sunny day with temperatures in the mid 70’s and almost calm winds. Some clouds have moved in so may get a quick shower later on.
I had a doctor appointment this morning with my PA for a follow up appointment then I went on to the gym. Came home and fixed lunch then on to Donna’s for crafting afternoon.
I had 4 inches of rain here at the house through yesterday evening. Today, more off and on showers with the sun coming out periodically. Temperatures in the low to mid 60’s.
It’s been a busy day at the house. This morning the AC guy came out to do the summer service on the unit and change the filters, etc. Later on in the day they finally showed up install my counters and faucets after a lot of ups and downs with the contractors hired to make the counters and do the install.
After they left I had to put everything back together in the bathrooms after I wiping down the counters. It all looks good.
Sunny but chilly start to the morning with lows down into the mid 40’s. We warmed up a bit into the mid 60’s by the afternoon. Skies were partly cloudy off and on during the afternoon but no rain in the forecast.
A good day at the store with mostly folks in town visiting for the weekend. We did make over $100.00. Going out for dinner at the Mexican restaurant.
Chilly start to the day with highs in the low 50’s. It’s been off and on cloudy but no rain and breezy with a high only in the upper 60’s.
Went to the gym this morning then home, lunch, and off to Donna’s for crafting. We had five today doing assorted different projects.
I left for Winston this morning to meet Nancy and Betsy for lunch at Village Tavern on Reynolda Road. It’s on the northwest side of the county where we used to live so I did not have to drive all the way into the city.
Hot down there. Mid 80’s and humid by the time I left. I made a stop in Elkin at the Lowe’s on the way home to pick up a couple of things then headed on back up the mountain.
It sunny and warm here in the mid 70’s and getting cloudy. May get a storm later on this afternoon.
