Finally, some substantial rain. It started early last night and rained all night and today. I’ve had around 3″ here but other parts of the county have had 6″ to 10″. At good start to alleviating some of our drought. We may get some more this afternoon and evening before things clear out.
Gym this morning. We did not craft this afternoon. Donna had an early afternoon appointment and it was just a good day to stay in with all the wet weather.
Off and on sun and rain showers all day. Temps stayed in the low 70’s until this afternoon where they went up into the upper 70’s. Clouds all around on the horizon so we may get some more. So far just been light rain that barely covers the bottom of the rain gauge.
Not a terribly busy day at the store. Off and on customers this morning and again this afternoon. But, we still had a good day making almost $200.00 in sales. Yesterday was very busy and we had another good day in sales making a good weekend all around.
Mostly sunny and warm with highs in the low 80’s. We had a nice rain storm last night with another half in of rain so we will take it. Clouds have moved in this afternoon with a few claps of thunder and some light rain but so far not measurable.
A slow day at the store. A couple of small donations to work on. More customers this afternoon for a few sales. Otherwise, just folks walking through.

Went to the gym this morning then stopped by the garden store to pick up some more dirt to fill a hole in the front yard. I had Friends of the Library meeting this afternoon then on to Donna’s from there.

Two busy days at the store. Yesterday we did over $300.00 dollars with customers all day and a couple of donations. Today was super busy with customers all day. We had the parade at 2 pm then Music on Main started at 5 pm. We were busy right up until I closed the store about 7:45 pm. We did almost $400.00 today making it two great days to start off the month.
Hot with temperatures in the low 90’s with a slight breeze. A least we are cooler then down the mountain that will most likely make it to or close 100 degrees.
A slow day at the store. I worked by myself today which was fine. A few folks in this morning and another brief round of customers this afternoon.
Dinner out tonight with Donna to celebrate her birthday.

Ran an errand in town and did the usual gym stuff this morning. Went to Donna’s this afternoon to craft for awhile. It was warm in the shed so we cut it short today. I went in to visit with the dogs and then came on home.
Off and on rain showers in between sunshine and breezy conditions. So far, not much accumulation especially in terms of the drought conditions. Highs only in the low 70’s.
A very busy day at the store. Other than a brief lull in the middle of day we had customers in all day. We made almost $300.00 for the day and had one sorta okay donation to work on.
