Chilly start to the day with highs in the low 50’s. It’s been off and on cloudy but no rain and breezy with a high only in the upper 60’s.
Went to the gym this morning then home, lunch, and off to Donna’s for crafting. We had five today doing assorted different projects.
I left for Winston this morning to meet Nancy and Betsy for lunch at Village Tavern on Reynolda Road. It’s on the northwest side of the county where we used to live so I did not have to drive all the way into the city.
Hot down there. Mid 80’s and humid by the time I left. I made a stop in Elkin at the Lowe’s on the way home to pick up a couple of things then headed on back up the mountain.
It sunny and warm here in the mid 70’s and getting cloudy. May get a storm later on this afternoon.
A cool start to the morning with temperatures in the low upper 50’s. Sunny and warm all day with highs in the upper 60’s and breezy.
I went to the gym then ran a couple of errands. Lunch and then over to Donna’s for our usual afternoon crafting session. Just myself, Donna, and Wendy today.
Temperatures were down into the low 50’s this morning with breezy conditions but should warm up into the upper 60’s by this afternoon.
Frances and Al left around noon. I started the laundry while we were sitting around this morning. This afternoon I have some things to do at my desk and a few other assorted household chores.
Frances and Al arrived this morning around 9:30.
After getting their stuff settled we left for Mt. Airy. We walked around downtown Mt. Airy for a couple of hours then drove to Chili’s for lunch. After lunch we went to a couple other stores before heading back up the mountain.
Temperatures down the mountain were in the low 80’s. It was cloudy this morning with a couple of light showers then the sun came out.
It’s sunny here and in the low 70’s with breezy conditions.
Later on we will head out of find some dinner.

We had two good days at the store. Yesterday was fairly busy and today was very busy especially in the morning. We almost did $100 yesterday and did go over that amount today. Lots of visitors in town for the weekend.
My friend Bonnie had been at a painting class over in Jefferson. She stopped by the store on the way home for a short visit.
