A nasty storm moved through yesterday afternoon bringing a little over and inch of rain. Thankfully, no damage here but it did cause some down the mountain. Today we had winds gusting in the 15 to 20 mph range but lots of sunshine and cooler temperatures in the mid 70’s.
A busy day at the store. Steady customers all day bringing in over $100.00. In between I had lot of donations to work on as well shelf organizing, etc.
Donna called me around 3:30 from Elkin. She offered to bring dinner from Jersey Mike’s. She arrived at the house just I as I got home from work. We had dinner then she stayed and visited for awhile afterward.
